Situated on the sandy tongue separating the two worlds, the Holiday Village is the place where you can admire the flora and fauna of the Danube Delta and the Black Sea at a walking distance from each other.
The name of the Holiday Village comes from the initial communication between Lake Golovita and the Black Sea, suggesting from the very beginning the symbiosis between the two worlds.
Discovered in 1736, this corner of paradise was originally a fishermen's village, and since 1998 the construction works have begun, in order to create here the perfect place for the perfect stay.
Today Gura Portitei retains its natural beauty, while the accommodation options and the facilities available are in a process of continuous improvement, so that you - our guests - can always find here an oasis of peace and relaxation.
